Good morning
I'm in London Oval and I sent a Parcel to Portugal on 26 June and someone is waiting in Portugal , and today is 27 July
Can you tell me please whats happening?

It arrived in Portugal today. I don't know if that scan entry means it's already cleared Portuguese customs

according to https://parcelsapp.com/en/tracking/LG708553004gb it landed in country yesterday
