Hi there, I posted a parcel first class signed for on Monday (19th) in Edinburgh to Fife (about 11 miles over the bridge to the next local authority) and its yet to arrive.
Should I be concerned, or are there general delays in the whole network just now due to covid, staff isolating and high volumes? Anyone know of any specific issues in the Edinburgh, Lothians, Fife area?
Its a birthday present, so if its not going to make it on time, I'll try to make other arrangements.
Thanks!

The problem is unless someone who works in that area decides to post we can only go on what the official RM sites say and they are not reporting any delays in Scotland. Also as "signed for" are not tracked through the system until a delivery is attempted we can't even check tracking. 7 days delay is unusual but no unheard of, I would contact RM on Twitter (@royalmailhelp) and see if they can help. (it will be a long shot though)
