I start next Monday!

I start next Monday, but I haven't received my contract. This wouldn't have been an issue if I didn't need to do a day one online training course which the log in will be in the contract. So I can't even turn up for day one because it's based online, no contact no login. I've contacted HR but they've not responded and I'm worried what do I do? I got an offer letter email from them 2weeks ago and since haven't heard nothing back

Just make sure you read through contract,lots of reports saying hours differ to original details on job advertised .
They tend to get you in door,then drop the bombshell
