Aches and pains
I have pains in between my shoulder blades whilst and after carrying my bag (even when it's not heavy) any advice?

Do you wear your bags bandelier style (worn over the shoulder and across the breast) or with the strap on the same shoulder as the side of your body where the bags hangs or rests?

Over shoulder with bag on opposite side

I split my loop into 2 bags to even the weight it's worked wonders

All you need to do now is hook one bag on one side of the trolley and the other bag on the other side of the trolley.
