Hey everyone,
Completed my online induction and starting my first day soon at the delivery office. What do you normally do on the first couple of days? Also want to wear until uniform arrives?
Cheers

Re: First Day
You should be placed with the workplace coach at the delivery office you will be working at. Their job is to train you and answer any questions you may have about the job, do not be afraid to ask questions, the job is simple once you get the hang of it but lots of people leave because of poor initial training.
Wear what you would put on for a long cold and probably wet walk, good socks and comfortable trainers are a must.
Best of luck.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
