Just been looking at a Vacanccy that was posted yesterday and noted that it specifically mentions "Telephone Interview"
Is this part of the new process to speed up recruitment and make things easier?
Excert from role below;
Shift patterns
Part time 25:00 hours per week
Working between the hours of 06:00 and 19:00
Five days across Monday to Sunday
Rotational day off
What happens next?
After you apply, your application will be reviewed and, if you’re successful, you will be invited to a telephone interview.
We plan to hold interviews from 15/11/2021, therefore if you wish to apply please ensure you are available on this date.
Any ideas?

Our DOM mentioned about the friends and family recruitment thing. I didn't catch the full details, but it was basically something like they would bypass the normal recruitment procedure. I'm not sure whether you actually have to be referred from a friend or family member.
