Anyone who started working for RM in the last year?
Hi, just wondering if anyone knows the current notice period you have to give if you wish to leave? I have heard that it is 2 weeks if you have been employed less than 6 months, and 4 weeks after that. Is this correct?

Rule of thumb seems to be 4 weeks for newbies nowadays.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
