Post by Roniite »

Hallo.

I have question have is happening allocating shifts?
I had situation- had approved shiftThursday for Saturday but Friday I get cancel but the same time one guy from my house Friday get approved for Saturday? How it is possible???
If they writting side reduction then this guy not should be getting shift for Saturday in Friday?
Is it Royal Mail managers sending information what poeple names they want on shift?

This situation isnt that unusual. Staffing numbers change and can be reduced or increased accordingly and if you take into account that different agents work and cover different shifts this will happen. It should not be taken personally, that is hard I know but is how it works.
