It’s always paid a week in arrears - the same date as you would be paid had you worked that shift/shifts. That’s what Angard told me and that’s what’s always happened for me.

I will give angard payroll a call monday morning to find out, as i worked 29 hrs on previous week (05 - 10 july) i do not want my wages put on top of my holiday pay as i will get taxed alot.

update (15/07/2021): i have spoken to angard payroll and they have confirmed that my holiday days booked will be paid out on 23/07/2021.

I've been booking Fridays as holiday on Friday evening once I know I haven't got a shift and they get paid no problem. As long as you can edit the day on the work calendar it appears to be paid.

It seems to depend on who deals with your request. I have booked holidays and got them and am told by colleagues they have tried it and have been refused. :Boo hoo!
