After not claiming any hol pay this financial year, have tried to do so, went through angard site, filled in their form. Did one yesterday for some hours next week, did one monday last week for this week, more than 7 days notice. Not one email in response, not even autoresponse. Does anybody have similar problems? The system seems totally dead.

I don’t think they do respond. It just appears on the relevant payslip.
You need to remember that Angard does not necessarily observe office ‘norms’ of behaviour’.

Booked some holiday today via the website, got an auto reply and then confirmation a few hours later. Emails haven't gone into your spam folder have they? You'll find out tomorrow anyway if this week has gone through when you look at your payslip.

Logged into my bank account, they have paid me the holiday I asked for, good. No email confirmation at all, not even auto response. Work that one out? Oh well.
