Hello there, as some of you may know I have posted some topics on this forum before but this is different as I recently had a year long issue with Angard/Royal Mail and I had to adhere to "confidentiality" during the investigation. Well I am no longer an Angard employee and never signed anything to say I could not speak about it after the investigation was over with, what I would like to do is post the details of the investigation and show how Royal Mail specifically Glasgow Mail Centre management and Angard shafted me. Can anyone tell me if I do this would it be illegal?

If you haven’t signed anything can’t see why not. doesn’t sound as thou your case was settled to your satisfaction . This is an open forum for Angard but RM staff can read it too and that includes Glasgow Mc if you do word it without naming names no matter how angry you are. you could end up liable yourself your Ex MC would know it is you just because your case will be known to them deformation of character and so forth your decision.

I am absolutely not happy with the outcome, there will be ppl on this forum who know who I am after this post and I want anyone who I worked with for years to know the truth of what happened. I want to post files of the paperwork of the investigation so names will be seen, my name will be known and the names of everyone involved will be known, not only do I want ppl see what happened but I want ppl tonsee how when the chips are down how Royal Mail, Angard and the CWU treat employees of Angard, please pardon my rant.

Definitely no names or paperwork it could lead to all sorts of future problems if RM/Angard decided to go down the defamation route. You also don't want your name popping up in a google search via an internet search by any potential future employer. If you haven't already, spend a few quid on a specialist employment solicitor and see what they say. You may have a case tor a tribunal or private claim. Take some time to reconsider what you want to do and don't do anything why really angry. Give yourself some time to calm down (easier said than done) before posting anything that could lead to more grief.

This went on for a year and caused myself and those close to me a great deal of distress, anger is not the word I'd use to describe how I have felt. No matter the evidence put forth by myself the management in GMC were determined to come to 1 conclusion and 1 conclusion only. I am not saying that I am a victim by any means but I'd like let ppl see how this panned out, in the current climate what happened with myself can have life changing repercussions for ppl.
