It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

The bit where is says signed and dated "For and on behalf of Angard Staffing Solutions Limited" is blank. Will this be an issue when I send it off?

If on your original - no

If you mean the one on here - then yes. The one on here is for informational purposes so people can read the contract and gain an understanding of their own and Angards obligations. It CANNOT and SHOULD NOT be used as an official copy, you have to wait for the Angard one for it to be an official and binding contract.

We need to intervene before it's too late, reducing working hours and the load carried by workers, because it's impossible to sustain the rhythm they're forced to work at for many years."
