How much holiday can Angard staff carry over to the following financial year?

none - but that could have changed in the last few years.

You used to get paid for any unused holidays week or two after 1st april, now i believe you have to use them up or lose them.

Angard do not let you carry over any holiday entitlement into the new financial year. Take holidays as in off work.
The only exception will be if you have been on long-term sick and claiming SSP. That is for another eight months, maximum. You will then lose the entitlement.

An email sent out earlier this year said 1 week could be carried over and any leave over the one week would be lost.
The end of the year pay out for holidays not taken ended in 2021.
You are encouraged to take holidays when you are on holiday! One view is take them on days you don't work and don't let them mount up to much.
After all it is your money tied up in them.

Has everyone had the relevant email regarding your holidays? Use them or lose over a week. :thumbdown
