Hi,
Ive been working as a Christmas Casual for a couple of months at a Mail Centre (not sure yet when this work will end, but presumably this coming weekend or sometime in January at the latest).
Id like to do a shift or two per week on a regular basis next year .. is applying to Angard for agency work the only option, or do Mail Centres ever recruit sorters directly? Any tips regarding getting regular work with a MC?
Am I right in thinking that Angard only pay minimum wage or is the pay rate actually higher than that?
Thanks in advance for any help.

Gatwick MC works Sundays.
It’s ok.
I haven’t done it for a while because I frequently work for another agency within RM at a different site as a Parcel Van Delivery Driver.

Seems Gatwick pays a little bit more than northern mail centres - roughly £1 extra for each shift. Or has there been a pay rise I’ve missed out on?

Last known pay chart for existing Gatwick staff.
No idea what the rates are for current newbies.
