Hi. I wondered if anyone knew if you had to work 12 continuous weeks to qualify for the higher pay rates without a break?
I started 10 weeks ago but didn't get any shifts for a week 5 weeks ago and wondered if the 12 weeks starts again from then?
Thanks.

don't worry its not continuous, has to be at least 1 shift a week. Also, no gaps more than 6 weeks otherwise you would start again

ITS 12 WEEKS WITH A WAGE ON THE PAYSLIP THAT ALSO INCLUDES HOLIDAY PAY AND ASLONG AS YOU HAVNT HAD A BREAK OF OVER 4 WEEKS SUPPOSEDLY NOW IT USE TO BE 6 ,oops sry caps
at this time of yr tho you might not get a shift every week so you will have blank weeks so might take awhile to reach 12
