I am trying to contact rmsps (I presume its actually capita now?).
Sine November 2018 they have used wire transfer six times to send my pension to the USA.
Each time my bank charges me $15 fee.
On 27 March this year rmsps/capita sent me a letter apologising and stating that they were aware of this issue and had switched back to the ach method as before.
The May payment using the wire shows that they are still using the wire service.
I have emailed them three times on this and received no response.
When trying to ring their contact numbers -
The overseas one gives a message of not in service.
The 3332220078 number is constantly engaged and I have not been able to get through to them.
I think now that the only recourse left to me is to make a formal complaint.
Any ideas out there?
