Can I retire at 60 officially and keep my shares and take my pension etc.I have been in the pension scheme since 79 and realise I will lose some NRA 65 pension

You can retire anytime you want to as long as you can afford it, but you can’t normally take any pension before age 55.
If you leave RM after age 60 you are deemed to be retiring for the purpose of the free shares, whether you actually retire or not. You can then either sell them or keep them without paying any tax.
