Money to burn.

After years of theres no money, all of a sudden it seems Royal Mail Bristol Mail Centre has unlimited funds. There is going to be 3 new managers on top of the existing crowd. We have already got a new improvement manager who's disappeared into his office for the next 2 years. A revision manager from outside who can't produce a revision who will soon run away. 3 more managers on top of the managers, span breakers, acting managers, coach managers, mail centre support managers, there is money to burn. How is it there has never been so much money sloshing around when the amount of mail is falling. There is even a quality team of reserve managers in case something happens to the bodywatchers so you have someone to take there place.
