Royal Mail negotiators told their revision proposals unacceptable. Negotiator team turned up pretty quick after national agreement reached. First said they wanted to remove three day duties, then said we will create more three day duties. Said they wanted to cut jobs on earlies by two thirds and move staff onto other shifts. Reduce number of people on machines. Move shift times two hours, now only 15 minutes. Meanwhile new letter sorting machine delayed 6 months, and packet machine still not installed since initial date in 2016. Seems some people have been getting leadership allowance when leading no one.

afaik the CLLS machines won't be going anyway (don't know if Exeter will even keep the one that they've got)

Going off topic here - but has WOEMC just made up some agency drivers to permanent contracts, employed through Royal Mail?
