RMtv &the courier commented on employee engagement action plan which apparently should have been completed by now. I asked the shift manager at WTLL on 14 September any news on the action plan - he replied "you will have your input". I and others have had our input & are still awaiting feedback !
Today line manager said it was embarrassing the action plan has taken so long. Last year, when a similar delay occurred, I said I was disillusioned- Guess what the answer is this year.
