Hello

Post by robbertwhitton »

After being in this job nearly 40 years thought it was time I said hello, just going through a rough patch at the mo with Covid and planned hip replacement and knee surgery, and the worrying stage warnings that go with periods of time off,our small unit pretty much runs itself with a mixture of speed merchants, and older staff that work there hours, anyone else similar to me?

Hello Rob....again.... after 5 years lol.
You feeling it mate?
Wouldn't worry about those pesky stage warnings! You can't have much longer to go in the job though?
Get ya pension and join the purple shirt gang and get the feck outta there matey.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
