Hello recently I joined Royal Mail in 1st October 2021 however someone told me that in Christmas time Royal Mail staff get stamps for £50 value in the post however I did not get any stamps and someone telling me did I get any Christmas stamps and I said no.
I asked my manager however he did not know much if I'm entitled to them or not that's why I'm asking is forum. I did get a Christmas bonus paid that's what I thought if I'm entitled to the stamps.
so I just wanted to ask if I am entitled to the stamps or if I'm not because I am new or if they have been stolen by my postman?
Thank you

Re: £50 Christmas gift stamps from Royal Mail
I would have thought October starting is too late, we did have the start date criteria on here somewhere but I can't find it, get one of your managers to contact HR.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
