Wow! This is unbelievable. Well, actually it's not. It just highlights the backward, corrupt, self back-patting top end situation were stuck in.
It would be nice to have a debate with the people who think RM deserve this award and the people who KNOW that RM most definitely do not deserve this award.

During the recent Mental health week the subject wasn't deemed worthy of a work time learning session. A statement was read out in a boring monotone style by a manager over the office comms system.RM obviously views the brainwashing corporate bullshit we have to sit through more important than workers mental well-being.

Although i left RM tail end of last year i just refuse to believe that their management style has changed in any way
as to warrant them even being in the running for this award .You really have to wonder at the competence of the
judging panel, i like to know what colour the sky is in their world .

Everything is glossed over in RM you see happy people on RMTV and the Courier and any Grievances related to bullying is swept under a big carpet whilst everything that goes on is just seen as challenging a persons boundaries and safe zone attitudes. I mean really this is a culture perpetuated by Management so they can retire on a decent pension at the expense of most of the workers in Royal Mail!
