Two men and a teenager who are charged with stealing from a postman in Staffordshire are to appear in court next month.
Craig Ramsay, 37, Thomas Smith, 30, and a 17-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, are defendants in the case.
A postman was assaulted and had mail stolen from him in the Tower View Road and Poplar Road area of Landywood, near Great Wyrley, at around 11.30am on Saturday, October 24.
The case was heard at Wolverhampton Crown Court on Wednesday, where a plea and trial preparation hearing was set to take place, but that hearing was adjourned.
The case will now be heard on April 13.
Ramsay, of Beakes Road, Smethwick, is charged with theft of mail in Tower View Road and assaulting the postman.
Smith, of Meadow View, West Bromwich, is charged with theft.
Both men are in custody.
The 17-year-old is charged with theft and is on bail.
