I dunno, I delivered a returned to sender packet that had a "send by" date of something like 2017 in 2020 or something. Must of fell behind a shelf in an office for years, cos I remember it being labelled as "not collected" and the sender had moved house years ago, so it was refused.

Doesn't the stamp have "9 Oct" stamped across it, which is odd if its been delivered this month??

9 Oct 2014 it looks like, though it could be 15 as the guy claims. I'd point out that the fact it's had a stamp across it at all dates it!
