Grievance Procedure

Can anyone give me an idea of how the grievance procedure is meant to be followed.

I have been told by my rep to put my concerns in writing, which I have now done. The issue concerns my DOM so just wanted to check how the process proceeds, I presume it will not be reviewed by them?

Phone the bullying and harrasment number. Tell them you want to open a stage 2 grievance as it is about your dom. It will then go to his boss to be reviewed. Speaking from personal experience managers look after managers so your dom will probably be informed.
