what do you reckon the chances are of taking 2 weeks off over christmas as unpaid holiday? anyone been able to do this before?
06 Aug 2019, 08:34
Pretty much zero . Why would they let you have time off in the busiest time of the year
06 Aug 2019, 09:24
How long have you worked for RM, I would say your chances are absolutely zero.
06 Aug 2019, 10:48
During xmas pressure? No chance, no matter how long you've worked for RM
06 Aug 2019, 14:32
They can only say no.
I have worked in offices where the staff are offered the option of working their day off over the xmas pressure and any surplus that throws up get sent to the Mail Centre.
It depends on your office.

16 Aug 2019, 19:14
It depends on the reason you need it off for.
