Recieved a letter the other day from HR notifying me that after X date, they cannot pay SSP. I Have been off for 6 months and was told i would go onto half pay by my Union, but this letter suggests otherwise.
The letter is quite confusing and goes onto say...
'If you make a claim with the DWP, your sick pay will need to be reduced by the amount of any benifit paid to you. To enable the correct deductions to be made from your pay please inform me of the weekly amount of benifit that you recieve'
Which leads me to believe that RM will continue to foward pay to myself?
