Not all the time mate. I've seen numerous occasions when talks have broken down. Eventually, if acas are to stay involved, there will be a resolution. Remember who the bad guys are in this. All along Dave Ward has said the CWU want a negotiated agreement. I think he will get the best deal for us.

seems completely pointless then.... the union saying its talks at acas must not include the previous offer, and leighton accepting the talks but not budging an inch???
*Preapares for it to get MESSY*

because of the 28 day rule on the ballot if an acceptable answer is not found today the cwu must announce a strike date or they have to re-ballot, and they won't want that will they. Of course they may set a date that's a fair way off so as to allow for talks to continue first but it's still a date for strike action.
