Anyone know how exactly we apply for alu?
And whether we are entitled to it or of managers can just refuse it?
I ask this as I'm at a chronically understaffed office which can't really afford people taking time off.
Thanks in advance

Re: Alu
You can't apply until the 1st April, when you can apparently it's a 'local agreement' between you and your manager, it says it doesn't feature on your leave record but it's still there in writing so you have a record that it's authorised, you can find all the info on the people app (I think you have to go through robin now) select the mybundle+ tile then annual leave purchase where you'll find all the info Inc the form to fill out FAQ's and stuff you need to know
Try this link straight to the relevant section.

Probably you are already logged in to Robin. Try https://mybundleplus.myroyalmail.com/. Just need a bundle+ login.ted_e_bear wrote: ↑17 Feb 2026, 13:50Oh yeah just tested, I copied the link after going through robin to get to mybundle+ so assumed you had to, but it's the same general mybundle+ site, even better![]()

Re: Alu
Yeah that takes me straight in, (if logged in) I've noticed if you log out then there's now two options to log back in either rmg azure or the original method using personal email+password so looks like either method works these days.Rve83ndxd wrote: ↑17 Feb 2026, 14:10Probably you are already logged in to Robin.
