Steve O’Connor (Operations Manager, London Central LD) congratulated Jonn Rokicki (Customer Service Provider) on winning the unit’s November 2019 Employee of the Month award, remarking that Jonn received a huge number of votes at a time when several colleagues had been nominated for the honours.

“Jonn is truly a great Driver,” his citation read. “He has improved his performance on all measures, especially first time delivery. This is a great result for Jonn, as he’s on a difficult residential bulk route in North London.”

The trick seems to be that Jonn is always on his route bright and early to ensure he catches his customers before they go to work, which helps him delivery every parcel first time. He does this during the week on top of his normal Saturday duties his performance is first class as well.

Not only does Jonn do what it says on the tin when it comes to deliveries - he also is always willing to help in the morning if the night shift is running late. “He will jump in and give a hand to sort parcels before sorting out his own route,” Steve said. “All in all, Jonn is a real credit to Parcelforce Worldwide and an asset to London Central LD!”

..yes...it was changed from C and D to Customer Service Provider, without notification back in 2015,,which will have serious implications when PF is TUPE ,and we will then be Providing a Service to our Customer,,
we wont be working FOR Parcelforce,,we will be working WITH Parcelforce..make of that what you will,,,scary times.
