I'm trying to register to obtain a better understanding of RM benefits, however, it states that my username is my pay number, but it doesn't work? I can't write anything else in the box as I'm putting my correct pay number in but it's just not accepting it.
What can I do?

I called 5 times today and apparently I'm not even set up on the system. Everyone I speak to says I need to speak to someone else... very frustrating
Apparently payroll can set me up on the system so MyBundle can see my details, but so far I can't get through
Maybe someone from payroll can call me?

How long have you been an employee? At RM we have to be employed for 12 months to be able to access myBundle. Once you been there 12 months your details should automatically be sent to the myBundle team for you to be set up which can take a couple of weeks.
