Letters not pushed all the way through

If the letters are pushed through so they are clear of the flap and not showing, that where your responsibility ends!

If he has a crap letterbox, that's his problem not yours.

You can't check every box to make sure mail has landed on the floor.

This is ridiculous. You cant be held responsible for something you cant see.

Youd need fingers like ET to get most stuff all the way through.

How can it be "brand new " if it's 5 years old ? :Very Happy

I just say your brushes make it impossible for me to deliver properly, I'm not allowed to put my fingers through due to the dangers of a dog bite/cat scratch. Your brushes need removed or trimmed back if you want your mail to make it all the way through.

Don't stop for a discussion, keep on going you've got the rest of your round to do ffs!

As a customer, I thought my postie had perfected the art of getting it just right. Out of sight from the outside but cleverly held by the flap inside so I don’t need to bend down to get my post off the floor.

Yes he did, unfortunately many customers don`t think like you and preffer to bend to pick up their scattered mail from the floor
