Dehydration

What do you all drink in the hot weather? Is plain water enough? Tablet or sachets of electrolyte added to it? Nice cup of hot tea lol?

Water.
The rest is expensive nonsense.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

More water than usual. Electrolyte sachet or two if you want. If not, then use a bit more salt than normal, sea salt being the best.
If the colour of your pee is a light yellow you are likely fine.

In really hot weather like in the southeast now and next week, can you cut off as you feel it's unsafe to continue? Would you be disciplined for that?
