Two reporters go undercover as casuals to 'find out if the Royal Mail has delivered on claims that it is modernising and improving its service.'
This is the 3rd time they have done a programme on us,with two previous investigations done in 2005 and 2006
The two offices visited were Tooting and Brixton in South London.
One union official says "This was filmed at a time when most London postmen/women had lost 20 days pay during a 5 month dispute. And when their issues had not been resolved and feelings were running high. The Dispatches programme carefully selected these offices, there should be no doubt about that."
